We collect the minimum data required to deliver Cores, process payments, and provide support. Nothing more.

What We Collect

• Account & order data: email, order ID, and Core(s) purchased.
• Payment data: processed and stored by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Support data: messages you send to help@cognicorea.com.
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymized traffic metrics (no behavioral profiling).

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't train models on your prompts, generations, or RAG documents.
• We don't use third-party ad tracking or fingerprinting.

Your Rights

You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@cognicorea.com. We respond within 14 days. GDPR & CCPA applicable.

Subprocessors

A PCI-compliant payment provider, Cloudflare (hosting & CDN), and a transactional email provider. That's it.
