Terms of Service

By purchasing or downloading any Core from Cognitive Core, you agree to these terms.

1. The Products

Cognitive Core sells digital products: system-prompt bundles, fine-tuned model weights, workflow configuration files, and custom-engineered AI agents. All sales are one-time purchases granting lifetime access to the version delivered, plus any future minor updates we choose to ship.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment provider. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

3. Refunds

Covered by our 14-Day Friendly Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly release the Core files.
Do not use Cores to generate illegal content, CSAM, targeted harassment, or large-scale disinformation.
Generations and downstream output are owned by you; you are responsible for how you deploy them.

5. Warranty & Liability

Cores are provided "as is". We make no guarantee of fitness for any specific commercial outcome. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Core in question.
