We build digital cores we'd be proud to ship ourselves — and we want you to feel exactly the same. If a Core doesn't fit, we'll make it right.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

Every one-time-purchase Core (Author Core, Luxury Noir Studio, Crypto-Analyst Node) is covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. Just email us — we don't run friction tests, exit surveys, or guilt-trip flows.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email help@cognicorea.com from the address used at checkout.
2. Include your order ID (from your purchase receipt) and the Core name.
3. We'll process the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Bespoke Persona Forge (Custom Service)

Because the Bespoke Persona Forge is a custom B2B engagement, refund terms are defined per-project in the signed contract. Typically: full refund before kickoff, pro-rated refund mid-engagement, and milestone-based protection throughout delivery.

Honest Edge Cases

We may decline a refund only in cases of clear abuse — for example, downloading a Core, refunding, and continuing to use it commercially. We trust you by default; please return the favor.
